Reading some of the latest sports performance research focused on the young athlete, the ITPA research team came across a brand new study providing some very valuable information for the TPT and CTPS. If you work with young tennis athletes, one of the biggest questions that tennis parents and coaches both have is when should young athletes start strength training and how much weight (resistance) should young kids lift?
