Simple Exercises That Can Be Done To Potentially Reduce Injuries And Increase Performance

Here is a great video where three of our ITPA professionals (Dean Hollingworth, CTPS, MTPS; Jonny Fraser, CTPS, MTPS and Trevor McPherson, CTPS) provide over 200 adult competitive tennis players with some important exercises that can be incorporated into weekly programs.
