Even the Great Ones Can Get Better: Learning From Lance Armstrong

The video clip below shows Lance Armstrong working out before his 2009 comeback to compete in the tour de France, and you can see the work ethic and discipline that has made Lance one of the greatest athletes in any sport in the last few decades.
